1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Fornúr website and any purchase you make through it. By using the site or placing an order you accept them.
2. Products and descriptions
We describe every watch as accurately as we can, including condition and completeness. Photographs are of the actual item unless clearly marked as representative. Minor variation consistent with age and use is normal on pre-owned watches.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the stated currency and may change without notice. An order is only accepted once we confirm it and payment has cleared. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error.
4. Verification checks
For higher-value orders we may require identity and source-of-funds checks before dispatch, and may cancel and refund where checks cannot be completed.
5. Shipping, returns and warranty
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy; returns by our Returns Policy. Warranty terms are stated per watch; nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
6. Selling and consignment
Watches submitted for sale or consignment are subject to a separate agreement covering valuation, fees, payout timing and authenticity warranties you give us.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fornúr's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fornúr is established, with disputes subject to its courts.
