Returns Policy

14-day return window
You may return most watches within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The watch must come back unworn, unaltered and in the same condition it left us, with all boxes, papers, tags, links and protective covers.
How to start a return
Contact us within the window and we will issue return instructions and a fully-insured, prepaid label. Do not ship a watch back without authorisation; uninsured returns are at your risk.
Refunds
Once the watch is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping, and any import charges already incurred, may be non-refundable. A restocking or handling fee may apply where a watch returns with wear or missing items.
Non-returnable items
Bespoke commissions, engraved or customised pieces, and clearly-marked final-sale items are not returnable except where faulty.
Faulty or not as described
If a watch arrives faulty or materially different from its listing, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange repair, replacement or a full refund including shipping.
Warranty and servicing
Warranty terms vary by watch and are noted on each listing. Fornúr Originals carry our own workshop warranty. Servicing and repairs are available for anything we have sold.
