Where we ship
Fornúr ships worldwide. Some destinations may be restricted by sanctions, carrier limits or local import rules; if we cannot ship to you we will refund in full.
Cost and timing
Shipping is complimentary on orders above a threshold to be confirmed; below that, a flat fully-insured rate applies. Watches are dispatched within a set number of business days of cleared payment and identity checks. Transit times vary by destination and customs.
Insurance and signature
Every shipment is fully insured in transit and requires an adult signature on delivery. Risk passes to you once the carrier records delivery to the address you provided.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may attract import duty or tax on arrival, payable by the recipient. These are outside Fornúr's control and are not included in the price or shipping charge.
Tracking and problems
You receive tracking as soon as the label is created. If a parcel is delayed, damaged or lost, contact us and we will manage the insurance claim.
